Cross Creek Construction & Design (CCCD) is a family owned and operated custom builder with over a decade of experience building quality structures.  CCCD specializes in rural farm and ranch type construction and design.

Scope of Work

CCCD is a full service general contractor specializing in equine facilities and custom homes.  We can help you design and build the structure of your dreams.  Our projects include, but are certainly not limited to:

Quality of Work  

As CCCD is a privately owned and operated company, we personally oversee every project, thus providing the personal touch throughout the construction process that allows our clients to be well informed through every phase of construction.

CCCD constructs only a select number of projects each year.  We choose to do this in order to allow ourselves the opportunity to properly focus on each project and provide the detailed attention that each requires.

Over a number of years we have formed a select group of local subcontractors whom we use on each project.  Each is an experienced and skilled craftsman who will go beyond his field to make each project a true success.

Our preferred area of work includes:  Washington, Austin, Waller, Grimes, Brazos, Burleson, Lee and Fayette Counties.  However, we will look at any other project sites in other locations if desired by the client.  We have gone as far as Cypress, TX and Richmond, TX.
