The Thompson's have been in the horse business for over 30 years and specialize in stable construction, custom homes and other types of rural custom building.

Our Business

All projects are custom designed and built to meet the client's needs.   No two projects are alike.  It would be accurate to say that 90% of our business is from referrals.

In addition to construction, we offer other services on all phases of farm and ranch development, i.e. site locations, road construction, ponds, paddock design, fence layout, etc.  You ask and we can make it happen.

We are a member of the Texas Residential Construction Commission and the Washington County Chamber of Commerce.

Who We Are

Having 40 plus years of experience in business management and construction, Greg Thompson oversees all phases of construction from start up through completion. 

Trish Thompson handles project design.  She is very experienced and will work with you to make your project a reality.  She can work with your architectural drawings or design your plans from the ground up.

Cori Kmiec, daughter, is involved in all aspects of design, Sub-Contractor scheduling & coordination, material purchasing, and on-site project management.  She also handles administrative and bookkeeping duties.  Joining CCCD in 2006, she has proven to be a great asset to our company.
