In the event that CCCD does not build the project due to it being out of our area, we can still offer Design Services to meet your specific needs.  The custom design will include a complete set of CAD working drawings from which your Contractor can build.

Many of our projects are Engineered Metal Buildings.  The building may or may not have interior wood frame build outs (i.e. living quarters, horse stalls, barn specialties, etc.).  CCCD can assist with all of that and more.

The Design fee and final plan drawings are determined on a square foot basis.
