Farm and ranch construction for Austin County

Cross Creek Construction builds barndominiums, custom homes, horse barns, and working ranch buildings on Austin County acreage, from Bellville to Industry, Cat Spring, and New Ulm. Rural construction is what we have specialized in since 1998.

One county over

Austin County land, same country as ours

Cross the county line south of us and the land does not change: live oaks, hay fields, cattle, and horse country from Bellville out to Industry, Cat Spring, and New Ulm.

The building should not change either. We have specialized in rural farm and ranch construction since 1998, and building on acreage is its own trade: where the house should sit, where the driveway should run, what the land needs before a slab is poured. Greg works through all of it with you, on your land, before anything is designed.

From there it is the same as every Cross Creek project: a custom design with complete CAD working drawings, and a select group of local craftsmen building it under Greg’s direction.

Questions

Questions from Austin County

Do you build in Austin County?

Yes. Austin County is the next county over from us: Bellville, Industry, Cat Spring, New Ulm. Same farm and ranch country, and rural construction is what we have specialized in since 1998.

What do you build out here?

Barndominiums, custom homes, horse barns and stables, covered arenas, equipment buildings, and guest casitas, plus the site work acreage needs: roads, ponds, paddocks, and fencing.

Why hire a builder from Burton?

Because you deal with Greg himself from the first walk of the land to the final walkthrough, and this is the same kind of land we have built on for decades, one county line over.

Land in Austin County?

Tell Greg what the land needs.

We take a handful of projects a year, on purpose. It is the only way every build gets Greg himself, from the first walk of the land to the final walkthrough. When he takes yours, you get all of him.
