A builder Hempstead land has already put to the test

Drive out to Ranches of Clear Creek near Hempstead and you can see what we do with a piece of land when a client hands us the whole vision.

On that one ranch we built a custom stone home, three guest casitas, and a stable with living quarters and an outdoor kitchen built right into it. Each casita is different: one with a bunk room for the grandkids, one with a stone fireplace to the ceiling, all of them with full kitchens and real porches.

The way it works is the same everywhere we build. It starts with Greg walking the property with you. Then the project is designed with you, down to a complete set of CAD working drawings, and a select group of local craftsmen builds it under his direction. We take a few projects a year, on purpose, and nine out of ten of them come from referrals. Out at Clear Creek, the referrals came from the same ranch: one casita turned into three.
