Customizing a home takes innovation, craftsmanship, and careful attention to detail. Every project we take is custom designed by Greg and Trish with you, and we offer that same design work as a standalone service.
- Planned with you. Around your lifestyle, your budget, and your land. Not adapted from a plan book.
- Complete CAD working drawings. A full set your contractor can build from directly.
- Homes, barndominiums, and barns. If we build it, we can design it. Including projects outside our building area.
- Square foot pricing. The design fee is determined on a square foot basis, so it scales with the project.

What do your services include?
Greg and Trish help you plan a home or building that fits your family’s lifestyle, budget, and needs. Trish draws the complete set of CAD working drawings a contractor can build from.
Can I use your design if you do not build it?
Yes. If your project is outside our building area, we can still handle the design. The custom design includes a complete set of CAD working drawings for your contractor.
How is the design fee set?
The design fee and final plan drawings are determined on a square foot basis. Call and tell us about the project and we can talk specifics.
Do you design barndominiums and barns too?
Yes. Homes, barndominiums, stables, arenas, and equipment buildings. That planning work is where every one of our own projects starts.

We take a handful of projects a year, on purpose. It is the only way every build gets Greg himself, from the first walk of the land to the final walkthrough. When he takes yours, you get all of him.
