How does building a casita with us work?
Walk the land with Greg
Every project starts on your property. Greg walks the land with you, talks through what you want, and figures out what belongs where.
Design it together
Greg and Trish design the project with you, and Trish draws the complete set of CAD working drawings. No two projects are alike, so nothing starts from a stock plan.
His crew builds it
A select group of local craftsmen Greg has worked with for years builds it under his direction. You deal with Greg from the first walk to the final walkthrough.

What counts as a guest home or casita?
A separate small home on your property: a guest cottage, a casita, a mother in law suite, or living quarters attached to a barn or garage. Ours get full kitchens, baths, and porches, because people live in them.
Can you build more than one?
Yes. At Ranches of Clear Creek we built three casitas on the same ranch, each one different: bunk rooms, stone fireplaces, full kitchens, and master suites. Photos are on our Ranches of Clear Creek project page.
Do you design them too?
Yes. Greg and Trish design each one with you, with complete CAD working drawings. A casita still gets the full custom treatment. No two are alike.
