We have been designing and building on Washington County land since 1998, from our office on FM 2502 in Burton.
The proof is standing all over the county: Cypress Stable, the Polo Barn, the Perma Vista custom home, and barndominiums, casitas, and equipment buildings on ranches whose owners found us the way most people do: a neighbor pointed at our work.

Yes. Cross Creek is on FM 2502 in Burton, we are members of the Washington County Chamber of Commerce, and Greg and Trish Thompson have run the company from here since 1998.
